Grade 6 learned about Globalization. Then they created a pictorial story using storyboard application which can be accessed through https://www.storyboardthat.com/. In the pictorial story, they wrote a conversation which talked about loving and encouraging people to buy and use the Indonesian-made products.

Grade 6 did an investigation to know the surface area of a parachute will influence the length of the parachute land on the ground. They used Science investigation steps and in the end then wrote the conclusion.

Conclusion: An open parachute has a large surface area. As a parachute falls through the air, it experiences a large air resistance. The weight of the parachute and the toy soldier attached acts downwards, while the air resistance acts upwards. This slows down the downward motion of the parachute and the toy soldier, resulting in the toy soldier with the parachute landing later and safer than the other soldier with no parachute.
