The school uses the National and Cambridge Curricula while ensuring a learning approach allowing students to develop as; inquirers, thinkers, communicators, risk-takers, knowledgeable, principle-centered, caring, open-minded, well-balanced and reflective.
On May 30th, 2015, PSKD Mandiri transformed into Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri (SPM). The ceremonial name change and the launch of a new SPM logo attended by our students, Parents, Teachers, and Perkumpulan Mandiri was represented by Laurel and George Tahija along with Edwin and Julie Soeryadjaya.
SPM’s vision is to be a principle-centered school that develops academic excellence and lifelong learning skills in an engaged community.
SPM educators, using effective teaching and learning strategies that blend the National and Cambridge International curricula, maximise opportunities for students to actualize their potential and become lifelong learners in a safe and inspiring environment.
