Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri welcomes space rental requests from non-affiliated individuals and outside organisations planning conferences, meetings, exams, sports practice, competitions and other events. Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri can accommodate a variety of event types including, but not limited to, meeting rooms for 2 to 35 guests per room, lectures for up to 300 attendees, small to medium-sized conferences with capacities from 60 to 250, and dinners for up to 150. Moreover, with our gym facilities, we can accommodate futsal, badminton, basketball and even martial arts.
Located in Central Jakarta within Menteng, Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri offers a variety of venues including meeting rooms, auditoriums and banquet spaces, with audiovisual capabilities and support. Combined with parking facilities, 24-hour security, cleaning staff support and full air conditioning.
Clients will comply with the School’s restrictions on the use of its facilities, including fire safety, capacity, on campus sales, smoking, excessive noise, and alcohol consumption.
The School will not provide storage for equipment or materials outside of the Reservation Period. The School will not assume or accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles belonging client or its guests left in the Premises prior to, during or following the Event.
All plans for production or construction or additional furniture objects to be added to any spaces must be approved by the School Director of Operations, at least 10 days prior to the event date.
Please note: the booking start time is the point at which the client, the client's staff, or any vendors need to access the room(s) for any event preparations. Similarly, the booking end time is when the client, its staff, or any vendors have already vacated the facility. Clients must remove all signage, decorations, equipment, and other items by the end of the scheduled move-out time.
Fees include space rental, setup, and breakdown. Additional costs such as public safety, audiovisual, and maintenance may apply and are based on the length of time, location, and other event requirements. A full estimate will be provided based on the information submitted by the client.
All outside organizations wishing to have an event at The New School must submit a Certificate of Insurance, in which the requesting organization pays a nominal fee for a one-time certificate.
The certificate must obtain the following limits:
insured minimum covering Personal Accident to all its employees, agents, volunteers, invitees and guests who are entered the School’s premises which are related to the activities organized by the client.

Space reservations for external individuals and organizations remain tentative until the signed contract, Certificate of Insurance, and total payment is submitted.
Clients may not alter or move furniture, electrical or mechanical fixtures, and/or other School's property. The use of adhesives, nails, or items that may damage the walls and other spaces on premises are not allowed. Charges will be assessed for any damages to rooms, buildings, furniture, and/or equipment. The client agrees and will be responsible for any damage to the facility by the client or participants in any activity sponsored, controlled, or organized by the client.
The School offers a full range of audio and visual expertise and equipment for events ranging from small meetings to large events. Everything from a standard podium with a microphone to data/video projectors is available. In addition, the staff is available for hire to operate and troubleshoot the equipment for you during your event.
The School does not provide videography or live streaming assistance, but we will provide you with a list of approved vendors upon request.
