Parent ratings and scores are based on current SPM students' parent's personal experience and opinion of our school. These results are completely independent and not altered by SPM.
Surveys are carried out at the end of each academic semester and a strict sample size is required to ensure validity.
SPM's Net Promoter Score
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) asks SPM students' Parents one simple question… How likely is it that you would recommend our School (SPM) to a friend or colleague?
The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others.
2023 = SPM's NPS +70 = EXCELLENT
2022 = SPM's NPS +57 = GREAT
Our School's Performance
We are thrilled to announce that our school has significantly improved the results of last year's parent survey. The survey covered a range of important topics such as the enjoyment of going to school, the relationship between students and teachers, the overall learning experience, character building, unleashing student potential, health and safety.
The positive feedback from parents is a testament to our teachers' and staff's hard work and dedication. It is also a reflection of the strong sense of community that exists within our school. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
We take parent feedback very seriously and strive to improve in areas needing attention. We believe that by working together with parents, we can ensure that our students receive the best education possible. We will continue to prioritise engaging with our parents and community to ensure that our school is providing the best education for our children.
