Our classrooms operate on a shared, student-driven Code of Cooperation.

Because we are a dedicated 7 Habits school, our students are fundamentally accountable for their own learning. As they track the data for their Wildly Important Goals (WIGs), they are taught to look for "lead indicators."

If a student sees they are not meeting their target, they do not wait to be told they are falling behind. They are empowered to take preemptive action. At SPM, we teach that failure only comes through giving up.
