Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri (SPM) awards scholarships on the basis of merit and competitive process that consider academic achievement, and demonstrated leadership capabilities to be part of the esteemed SPM High School community.

The external scholarships are awarded based on Scholarship Committee review recommendations, application review, and face-to-face interview. Scholarships are renewable for up to two years or until the recipient completes the school level they enrolled in; and if the recipient maintains qualifying renewal criteria.

Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri provides full annual tuition fee waiver for up to three years to THREE students to attend Senior High School Grades 10 to Grade 12 to attend the GAC program. Scholarships are renewable for up to two years or until the recipient completes the school level they enrolled in; and if the recipient maintains qualifying renewal criteria.

The scholarship does not cover the yearly development fees, GAC Foundation registration (USD 250), GAC Foundation A and B costs, uniforms, international exam fees, books, international exchanges/conferences programs, and extracurricular activities.

To be considered for the scholarship, student must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be enrolled as a Junior High School student at a public or private school in greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).

• Must have completed Grade 9 or Grade 10 in Junior High School.

• Demonstrated strong academic achievement and leadership skill.

• Demonstrated fluent spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Completed and submitted all scholarship application materials no later than April 10.

Submit in ONE sealed envelope the following documents:

• Completed and signed Scholarship Application Form including the Narrative Statement and Resume

• Official Junior High School Report Card and UN result/other official qualifications (Note: UN result can be submitted later)

• Copy of parents’ ID (KTP/Passport)

• 4 recent colour photographs (2 copies 4x6 cm and 2 copies 3x4 cm)
