Student Lighthouse Team
Student Lighthouse Team
Student Lighthouse Team is a group of enthusiastic student leaders who set a great example for others. They organize fun school-wide events and help make the school a positive, welcoming place for everyone. Team members are chosen through an application and interview process, and they play an important role in things like leadership assemblies, service projects, and boosting school spirit. By sharing their ideas and working together, the Lighthouse Team gives students a voice and helps make the school better for all!

Class leadership roles help students learn how to take responsibility. Class leaders are encouraged to set a good example, help maintain a respectful and organized classroom, and assist both teachers and classmates when needed. Through these roles, students learn that leadership is not about being in charge, but about being helpful, caring, and dependable.

A Student-Led Conference is a meaningful opportunity for students to take the lead in sharing their learning journey. They talk about what they have been working on, what they enjoy learning, and the progress they’ve made, all in their own words. For parents, it offers a deeper insight into their child’s growth - not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. Most importantly, it helps students feel proud of their efforts and encourages them to take ownership of their learning in a supportive and friendly way.

A Leadership Camp is a fun and engaging experience where students learn to grow as confident, responsible leaders. Most of all, it helps students understand that leadership means working together, supporting others, and doing their best - both in school and in everyday life.
